Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your FitCheck account and all associated data at any time. This page exists so the Google Play Data Safety form has a public URL to point at — the actual deletion happens in-app.
From inside the app
- Open FitCheck and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Every photo you uploaded (base photos, outfit photos, receipt images).
- Every AI-generated try-on result.
- Your wardrobe, saved looks, and outfit history.
- Every post, comment, like, and report you filed in the community feed.
- Your profile, email, and authentication record.
- Your RevenueCat customer record (so future receipts can't tie back to you).
Backups and Sentry crash logs are pruned within 90 days of deletion.
What does not get deleted
- Tokens you have already purchased and not used. Apple and Google's consumable-IAP rules mean unspent tokens are forfeited at deletion — there is no refund pathway from us. If you want to use them, do so before deleting.
- Receipts held by Apple or Google. Those live on the platform side and are governed by their respective policies.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to your account (lost device, can't sign in) email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account and we will action the deletion within 30 days.
